Star Citizen Alpha Patch 4.1.1

Alpha Patch 4.1.1 has been released to all backers to test!   Patch should now show: VERSION 4.1.1-PTU.9733265.
  • Audience: All PTU Waves

  • Long Term Persistence: Enabled

  • Server Recovery: Enabled
  • Starting aUEC: 15,000,000
Note: This patch does not contain all of the intended features, which will be added iteratively to the notes as they become available. Additionally, some features may be implemented in a partial state and as such are not ready for testing and subject to removal.  When those features reach a playable state they will be detailed on the notes and added to the "Testing Focus".  Please issue council all issues related to those in testing focus and in general gameplay.

Testing/Feedback Focus

This weekend on Sunday at 1900 UTC | 1400 CDT we are looking to run a 2 hour performance/stability test to gather server and client captures for the event halls and the Idris tour. We are looking to see how many players we can get inside the Idris Tour at once for this time and will be running performance captures during that time.

Known Issues

Elevators to leave the expo halls are greyed out trapping you inside. To leave you will need to "fast travel" to the hospital or load out and back into the server.
  • Critical: PU - Multivehicle - Vehicle Components / Bed Logout - Bedlogging in ships can break Quantum Markers 
  • Critical: Anvil Valkyrie Series - PU - Vehicles / Components / Weapons - Valkyrie series is missing its mounted door turrets
  • Critical: PU - New Babbage / Brentworth Care Center - UI / Medical Screens - Check-in medical kiosk is stuck on “Checking availability” loading screen
  • Critical: PU - Shopping / Inventory - Purchasing Items in quantities above 1 to Backpack Inventory results in Failed Transaction due to "Invalid Item"
  • Critical: PU - Stanton - microTech - New Babbage - Brentworth Care Center - Medical / Locations - The medical kiosks have an infinite load and do not check players into rooms
  • High: PU - Locations / UI / Shopping Kiosk - Delivery location when purchasing any item is missing if the Player doesn't change the location in the drop down

  • Potential Fix: Multivehicle - PU - Vehicles / Fuel - Quantum Fuel reverts back to its previous state from a different DGSmesh (STARC-160111)
  • Potential Fix: Multivehicle - PU - Vehicles / Hangars / ASOP - You can only spawn one vehicle in your hangar (STARC-159193)
  • Potential Fix: PU - Ship Battles V1 - Training School - Missions / Audio - Gilly's Pilot School Narration Replays (STARC-164371)
  • Potential Fix: PU - Stanton - Missions - PVP Bounty - Apprehending the criminal player by destroying their vehicle will cause the contract to fail (STARC-166757)
  • Potential Fix: PU – Ship Battles V1 – Ambush / Assault / Patrol - Mission Content / mobiGlas / Locations - Ship Battle missions are not available in the Contracts screen when out in space (STARC-164791)
  • Potential Fix: PU - Stanton - Mission Content / Hunt the Polaris - Completed objectives will remain in a player's Starmap if they aren't present at the time of the objective's completion
  • Potential Fix: PU - Stanton - Missions - PVP Bounty - Bounty mission remain active when criminal player surrender themselves
  • Potential Fix: PU - Mission Content / Hauling - Failing Hauling contracts give negative Reputation
  • Potential Fix: PU - Commodity Kiosk / Shopping/ Vehicles - Unable to select the Hull-C as an inventory location at Seraphim Station's commodity kiosk
